My first project at Meez -- an overhaul of the "Contact Us" page. Our customer service team needed help with the increasing support requests that were filling their inboxes. Instead of offering the support email address, I designed this interaction to simplify information collection for our support team.

It's a pretty simple interaction -- pick your need from the pulldown, fill in some info, and hit send. Based on the pulldown selection, the message automatically gets forwarded to the correct mailing list. If the user is sending a bug request, a small Java applet collects some information about that user's system to help the support team diagnose the problem. Pretty simple, but it was a huge hit with our customer service team, plus it was a big help to our developers when trying to diagnose errors.
