Meez - Sears Cobrand

Meez was the sub-subcontractor for the Sears e-Me campaign. I was asked to manage our relationship with Sears and the subcontractor. My work on this project included designing the COPPA-compliant e-Me experience on Meez.com, overseeing the production of virtual items for the avatars, and managing the communication between Meez, the subcontractor, and Sears.

In a matter of weeks, our team produced around 300 avatar assets, built a heavily customized version of the Meez website for Sears, and launched it, to the delight of Meez and Sears. Sears was extremely satisfied with the results -- both the user experience and the audience it drew. Internally, it was a big win financially and technically; we assembled the cobrand in record time and hit our launch date.
